Renée brings over 40 years of experience as a teacher, division director, assistant head of school, and professor. She is a certified Satir Coach and Trainer with advanced training in neuro-linguistic programming and mindfulness-based approaches. Her coaching helps leaders reconnect with purpose, align intention with impact, and lead sustainably and authentically. Known for her deep listening, wise presence, and practical insight, Renée creates space for growth that is both personal and professional.
Mike brings over 35 years of experience as an educator and school leader, including nearly two decades as Head of School. A certified executive coach, Mike partners with leaders and teams to expand capacity, resolve complex challenges, and rediscover what’s possible in their work.
Meera founded Trey Education to help independent schools bring their boldest ideas to life. A seasoned educator and academic leader, she partners with leaders to provide the capacity, clarity, and creative partnership to move their people and programs forward.
